Board

TDH Italy is managed by a Board of Directors, having as Chairman Mr. Raffaele Salinari, former Director of COCIS, and as General Manager Mrs. Donatella Vergari, a development cooperation expert with more than 25 years of experience in the sector.

The Board operates under the guidance of a Permanent Advisory Committee, participated by the key founding members and sponsors, and under the supervision of an Auditing Committee, in charge also of the official certification of the yearly financial statement according to the strictest requirements of the Italian Law.

Gaetano Galeone is the Permanent Comittee’s Chairman since December, 16th 2005. Nobel Prize Rita Levi Montalcini is the Foundation’s Honorary President.
